NEW NATURE'S PRIDE® BREAD EXPANDS DISTRIBUTION
IBC Pledges Donation of 5,000 Loaves of Fresh Bread to North Texas Food Bank

Irving, TX – September 21, 2009 – Wonder® and Home Pride® brand breads are now available at retailers throughout North Texas, Interstate Brands Corporation (IBC), the baker of both breads, announced today. The company also announced that its new Nature's Pride® bread, the first brand of 100% natural bread available across the country, has expanded its distribution and is now sold throughout North Texas as well.

In connection with the re-introduction, IBC has pledged to donate 5,000 loaves of bread to the North Texas Food Bank to support its pursuit of a hunger-free community.

"We are thrilled to introduce the Wonder and Home Pride brands back to North Texas,” said Charlie Smith, senior vice president and general manager of IBC’s Texas business unit. "The strong support of our retail partners coupled with an increase in consumer demand underscores the significant market opportunity of the region."
